Gary oversees the daily operations and management of several critical business units, including HR, marketing, global communications, customer support, and key products.
With over 17 years of multifaceted expertise in compliance and management, Gary stands as a seasoned professional specializing in virtual assets compliance. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundrying Specialist (CAMS), Certificate of Virtual Currency and Blockchain holder and and Certificate of GDPR Data Protection holder. He has been joined in HTX since 2020 and was responsible for global licnese strategy and compliance management with previous working experience in Shangha Pudong Development Bank and Cre Dit Agricole Group etc.
Kyle ZHANG

With over 10 years of multifaceted expertise in finance and management, Kyle Zhang stands as a seasoned professional specializing in virtual assets management. Kyle is a globally experienced strategist and corporate leader with a distinguished career across Nigiria, Ukraine, China and United Arab Eimrates.
His cross-continental expertise bridges operational excellence with visionary leadership in complex and dynamic international markets. Kyle is also a Forensic Certified Public Accountant International (FCPAi) and Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) holder.
Advance YANG
|Head of Business Units
Advance is one member of Directors of Board and Head of Business Units. With deep Web3 experience, Advance manages the business developments, operation, marketing and branding at HTX FZE and is also responsible for the strategy implementation, company policies enhancement and business operation management. Advance has over 15 years of operations management and entrepreneurial experience.
Prior to HTX, Advance was Head of Operating Sales of Baidu Finance, Waterdrop, and Walnut Coding etc. With his entrepreneurial leadership and management expertise, Advance developed scalable frameworks for operations, sales, and back-office and middle-office functions, adaptable to diverse industries and market conditions.
Zoe LIU
|Compliance Officer (CO)
Zoe is responsible for the compliance and AML/CFT implementation of HTX FZE, ensuring it's complicant with VASP License. She has been working in the financial industry for over 10 years.
Prior to joining HTX FZE, Zoe played a leading role in compliance and AML/CFT training, team management and reporting in TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) and AML and CDD implementtion and reporting in Standard Charter Banks.
